The General Manager will also have a strong management background, and be able to lead & motive subordinates as well as develop service and business opportunities to provide our clients with a full range of products and services based upon their needs. In addition, the successful candidate will need to have very good English communication abilities, have proven management abilities, and be highly intelligent and creative to lead a growing business with a hands-on management style. Job Detail :          Responsible for all aspects of business operations included plan, organize, and control all activities of Company’s by directing, guiding, supervising and evaluating the performance of individuals and departments, which contribute to the overall achievement of the company in both short-term and long-term goals. Providing the strategic vision, planning expertise and operational leadership required to achieve business’s goals.  Advising the executive on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business decisions. Monitoring business performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective action - if necessary - is taken. Providing leadership to the team by leading, managing, and motivating the team to ensure delivery of the agreed objectives. Performing other duties as assigned by the executive.   Project Manager Qualification : -  Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any field  -  Minimum 7 years in direct experience and at least 3 years in managerial level. -  Have a good analytical skills -  Have knowledge in project planning, Internet /Website management Able to manage team building. -  Good command of English   MIS Manager   Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or higher in MIS or any related field, minimum 7 years IT management experience, preferably in a fast corporate environment with Experience in Database and system development/ implementation/ maintenance in IT business is preferable. Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Network-UNIX/ NT/ NETWARE and other is preferred. Strategic thinker with excellent business vision, Strong communication & leadership skill, Self-motivated with abilities to take initiative and execute projects. -  สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆได้เป็นอย่างดี

-  สามารถพูด ฟัง อ่าน เขียน แปล ภาษาจีนกลาง , จีนไต้หวันเป็นอย่างดี
-  สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี   Flash   Programmer                                                                                                                                                                                                          -  ปริญญาตรี Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineer หรือสูงกว่า
-  มีประสบการณ์เขียน Flash ActionScript เพื่อทำสื่อ Multimedia และ Game  อย่างน้อย 1 - 2 ปี                                                                                  -  สามารถใช้ Flash ในการสร้าง animation และ interactive media.
-  สามารถทำ Flash Animation และ ออกแบบเพิ่มเติมในเนื้องานได้ เช่น แบนเนอร์, ภาพประกอบกิจกรรมต่างๆ เป็นต้น.
-  จัดทำระบบการเชื่อมต่อระหว่าง Flash และทำ ฐานข้อมูล MS SQL Server 2000 ได้.
