Micro-lending Coordinator Goodwill Group Foundation is a Bangkok-based charity whose mission is to improve the quality of life of young disadvantaged Thai women via skills training and career services.  Through our new micro-lending program, we seek to enable, support and promote the efforts of Thai women to create small businesses and other income-generating activities.   Primary responsibilities: Interview prospective borrowers, assess and document their financial position Monitor borrower on a periodic basis, provide support and advice as needed Track loan payments and follow-up on delinquent payments Prepare a monthly report on program status for management   Qualifications: Thai national Bachelor degree or equivalent Enthusiastic, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills Experience with working with people in an developing area is a plus Some knowledge of Accounting Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Some travel upcountry may be required
