RAKE SCREEN is a self cleaning fine
screen suitable for direct installation in channels.
It feature a continuous filtering mat consisting of many special shaped teeth assembled on a series of parallel shafts. The screen separates waste water from all the suspended solids bigger than the selected screen holes. As the rows of filtering elements arrive at the drive sprocket, they turn on it and change direction.

This allows the discharge of all debris
and simultaneously self cleans the screen by a rotating brush.
The filtering mat, driven by 2 chains, runs along guide rails and is supported by a robust frame either of carbon steel painted or hot dip galvanized, or stainless steel. The filter elements are made of high resistance plastic compound.
The drive system consists of gearmotor, drive shaft, sprockets and steel chain.
