Ground Services Officer (Walk-in Interview)

Job Description
- Ground services officer will perform check in procedure for Bangkok Airways’ passengers including baggage check and domestic and international flights.
- Ground services officer will extend services to Bangkok Airways’ passengers on DEPARTURE and ARRIVAL flights according to Company SERVICES STANDARDS AND POLICIES.
- Ground services officer will coordinate with Customer Services Officer to exceed special services to VIPs, unaccompanied minors and special services requirements for Bangkok Airways’ passengers both domestic and international flights.

Qualification
- Male or Female
- Age not over 28 years old
- Height at least 160 cm. for Female
- Bachelor’s Degree
- TOEIC score results of 550 up (within 1 year) will be an advantage
- Excellent command of English
- Able to operate PC
- Other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian are preferable
- Thai nationality

Location : Samui, Bangkok
