Easy set up -- good results ..The device comes in attractive packagng with really nice, easy to follow directions that I did not even need my reading glasses for. With the telyHD, the unit is mounted (great mount system)on the TV in our family room.I received my telyHD one day before promised -- in three days with regular shipping. It took me less than twenty minutes to set the device up with my house Wi-Fi system. When my six year-old hears the ringer, he knows to turn the TV on, see who is calling, and accept the call using the telyHD remote control. It took me about another ten minutes to log in my old Skype information. It is always "On" waiting to accept a call. The picture quality from my laptop to the Tely HD is excellant and the sound quality is out of this world for a speaker phone type device. I used the picture sharing function using the SD card reader with the one other friend I know who has a TelyHD. Can get expensive when your overseas.....
